1. Heavy Gaming (One monitor, but I will have three)
2. Virtual Machine Mac OSX
3. Virtual Machine Linux (Ubuntu)
4. Very large projects in VS2010 (Want real fast compiling!)
5. 1080 video streaming (with games and code)

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

CPU: yes. GPU: if needed.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?

1920 * 1080p * 3 24". Games will only be running on one monitor mostly.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

This weekend I plan on buying and building.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.

I do, 64 bit Windows 7. But I am thinking of moving to Windows 8.

Corsair 500D $168 - I don't like this because it comes with a door, but I don't like windows or LEDs on fans.

HDD \ SSD - I have a few spare ones of these I can use until I can get some better ones
OS - Don't need this
Wireless Adapter - Have a spare for this as well but it's terrible.
Video Card\s ~600 - Have a 5870 1 Gb which might work

You are definitely gonna need a new set of RAM for two reasons: The max RAM voltage for current Intel CUPs is 1.5v. In addition considering your usage you should be looking at 2x4 Or 2x8GB Ram set depending on whether Or not you have home premium Or not.

In addition if you are serious about SLI Or CFX, you should be looking at an ATX mobo.

Cheers, are there any selections of RAM you would recommend?

No, I will only do SLI or CFX if I need it. Any Motherboard recommendations for sli\cfx? Do you think I need it? (I hope not )

The reason I need that much ram is for running games on my VMs, developing cross-platform games is much easier if you can just test on the OS straight away. Being able to just assign a couple gig of RAM is very helpful. (While maintaining good perf on main OS)

I am on my phone so no specific RAM recommendations but I recommend. the Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 2x8GB RAM Or any G.Skill Ripjaws RAM rated at either DDR3 1333 Or 1600 speeds

I found the Corsair Vengeance LP for $86 and the G.Skill for $93 so both are pretty easy to get so I'll do some research and figure out which one is better. Man RAM is super cheap...
