Well, after some cutting of plastic, i got it to close, I took that first fan out, and cut the fan cage out and it closed. I only have like 2 inches between the hsf and the rest of the fans. But at least it closes.I will get some pics up as soon as my camera charges

Can you show some details of what you had to cut?
 
Sounds to me like it might be your memory, what are your timings set to?

Have you tried to manually adjust instead of SPD? Try 5-5-5-18, at stock CPU speeds, if it boots into windows, restart and try to overclock the cpu again, making sure the bus is set to 100mhz at all times.

I will check that tonight after i figure out whats wrong with windows, few programs keep crashing and not loading. even after uninstall/install and scrubbed the reg of them also.
 
Well windows still be really wierd, so i am going to write 0's to the drive and install again. Hoping this drive is not bad, still waiting on my other RMA drive
 
Ok, Well i have been having some wierd ass windows problems, AnyDVD and AVG would not run every time i would open them they would crash and close out. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and nothing. So i reloaded windows formating with all 0's and after getting back into windows it did the same thing, Everythng else works but those 2 programs. I am like wtf is going on. I did some dia on the memory/hdd, and system and everything is ok. And tonight i went to mess with it some more and now they work... What is going on here. Oh i also tried making a new partation and installing them on that 2nd drive and still did the same thing. Any thoughts?
 
well after another day of running, everything seems to be fine so far. Going to install everything and move programs/doc's over. As soon as i get 2nd HDD in i'll set the RAID up and post a few more pictures.
 
If you're doing RAID0, you'll need to reinstall everything, unless you're making an image onto a storage drive to copy over once you setup the RAID. Oh wait, if you already setup the raid, did you set it up to allow for disks to be added at a later time?

I have not setup the raid yet, i am waiting for my other HDD to come back from RMA. I was thinking of doing a image, I gotta get ahold of abit to talk to them about the RAID setup because it also says there is no raid devices hooked up or something like that when i open the raid tool. So i am not sure what all i have to do to setup RAID with the IP35 Pro

My Stock timings are 5-5-5-15 at 1.8-1.9 Volts. I am not sure i can manually set the timings in the bios yet. If i can, i have not found out where yet. I have been gone last few days so i have really not been messing with it. I am still waiting for my RMA so i can setup my RAID before i try to OC it again. But i will look more tonight into it.
