4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within the next week (waiting to see what's available with Memorial day sales).
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.
Crossfire, usb 3.0.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Will need to purchase a new copy of Win7 64bit.
My current system is on it's way out and I'm looking for some help/suggestions, to get the most out of my new build.
I've been reading alot of the other posts like this, and have put together a list that stays within my budget( a little bit under it).
-------------------------
Case: Haf 912 - $59.99
MoBo: MSI P67A-GD53 - $149.99
CPU/RAM: Intel I5-2500k,
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 - Combo $291.98
Cooler: H60 - $72.99
HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1TB - $64.99
DVD: SAMSUNG SH-222AB - $20.99
PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 - $89.99
GPU: MSI R6950 Twin Frozr II OC Radeon HD 6950 2G - $289.99
+ Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - $99.99
-------------------------
Cost: $1140.90 + $17.43(shipping) - Total $1158.33.
Is the power supply enough for this build? I would like to get a modular PSU, but I'm not sure what is available that is reliable around the same price point at the TX650 V2.
