1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
General computer use (web browsing, etc), photoshop & gaming occasionally.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
My budget is £200-£550 (incl tax, not shipping)
3) Where do you live?
I live in London, England.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, RAM, Case, Power Supply, Vid Card, Hard Drive, DVD Burner, Sound Card, Speakers, Monitor
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Mouse + Keyboard
6) Will you be overclocking?
Not much, if at all.
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
19" - 22" will suit me fine.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within the next month.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.
Don't really need any of those.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit for use when I build this computer.

Thanks guys for your help, this will be my first time building a computer and I just need some parts advice as I am not 100% sure on this.

Wait, is a monitor part of that budget as well? And what games are you planning on playing?

Probably a little over your budget once you add speakers but the above build has a very good bang for the buck value.
