Heres the build:

MSI P55
Intel i5
Corsair Dom. 4gb ddr3
Thermaltake v9 Case
Radeon HD5850

already got the hdds and cd/dvd drive

im thinking about putting an 850w power supply in but wondering if i can go lower, anyone got any recommendations?
Where can i find a good one cheap and also let me know if theres any good case/psu combo deals out there

If you are looking for a solid psu, the coarsair HX 620 is a keeper. It has 3 rails of 12V power, compared to just 1 rail on most PSU's. You may get by with a lower wattage HX 520 PSU. It also has 3 12V rails, and it has kept my system chuggin. Well built modular PSU and it operates better than most 650-700 watt PSU's.

Neither the HX520 nor the HX620 has three rails. They are both single rail despite what the label says.

Either way, single or multi-rail it doesn't matter...multi-rail certainly doesn't increase the performance of a PSU.

I also would not say MOST PSUs are single 12V rail.

you can have a look at the Corsair CMPSU-750TX 750-Watt TX Series 80 Plus Certified Power Supply , it is compatible with Intel Core i7 and Core i5.

While your system does not need a 750W PSU, this is a pretty good PSU for the money:
$115 - Antec Truepower New TP750 750W PSU

Semi-modular, more power on the +12V rail, newer design, and better quality than the old 750TX.

Thanks everyone, so it seems the most i would really need is a 750w?

I also forgot to say i may go crossfire in the future so that is also a factor to take in mind

That 750W PSU will still be enough.
