Case: Thermaltake V9
Power Supply: OCZ600SXS
Processor: AMD FX 8350
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212+
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2X4) DDR3
Hard Drive: Western Digital 320GB
Video Card: Radeon HD 6450

So I am installing into the case and notice the standoffs really only go into the 3 slots otherwise if I put them in all of them the board is not level/wont fit proper. I am getting nothing from the computer no fans starting up or anything. I did a jumper test on the power supply and the power supply works and fan spins on it. I am lost as to what else may be the issue or if it is the board itself however I would like some input on this cause kinda fried here and just want it to be done and running already. Thanks again and let me know what else I can answer and I will see what I can do to help out.

Reassemble the PC outside of the case and start it up using the screw driver method. That'll rule out any shorting issues or power button issues. Though, fix the standoffs as you shouldn't be seeing that non-level issue if the standoffs were properly installed.

Also, you may want to look into a new PSU since that OCZ isn't all that good. This will be a good and cheap replacement:
$45 - Corsair CX500 500W PSU

Thanks it did work out of the case so I went into further investigation and did that test. Come to find out it was all the power button issue where is was not properly sauter on to the connections in which I fix it myself and tested and now all seems to be working proper. I will consider upgrading the power supply here in a month to a Corsair as I do prefer them as also I am going to upgrade video card in due time as well. Thanks again for your help really do appreciate it.
