Would you mind doing some very minor overclocking? The Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition will easily hit the 965 speed with just a multiplier bump. You could even use the stock heatsink. It would save you $20.

NewEgg did have the 5830 on sale for $99 which would be a better option if it fits in your case.

Other then that it's a pretty solid build.

Ditch that PSU: The far far better quality Antec Neo Eco is roughly the same price:
$64 - Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W PSU

You can shave off $32 (once you factor in shipping) by going with this mobo + CPU combo:
$208 - AMD Phenom II 955 CPU + GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 AM3 AMD 870 Motherboard combo

The difference between the 965 and the 955 is very small so no point in spend the extra $20 for the 965. Anyway, from the savings generated, that lets you up the the video card. Due to your monitor's resolution, you're gonna need all the GPU power you can get. So I recommend getting this GPU:
$188 - XFX HD-687A-ZNFC Radeon HD 6870 1GB PCI-E Video Card
