1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming mainly, perhaps some music editing so a good soundcard would be nice.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1000 max, shipping and tax not necessarily included

Yeah, buy those parts before the end of August. Otherwise those combo deals disappear.

If you can't buy the PC before the end of the month, come back a week or two before your actual buy date for a new build list.
