5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Have LCD, OS, Keyboard, Mouse
6) Will you be overclocking? No

Since you only need the basics in a computer, I would just buy a newegg shell shocker deal and keep your eyes open for a fairly good deal.

At that price you'd be much better off with a pre-built PC. The parts that you picked are (for the most part) either really shitty or deliver piss-poor performance-to-price ratios.

Thanks for the combo's i am also looking at prebuilt tower's from Dell and other places. I found a nice one for 298 with everything, 4GB of ram, AMD Athlon II X2 Dual-Core 220 processor
2.8GHz, 1TB HD, DVD Burner, Windows 7 included. I am going to give my friend the few different prices and let her decide. She just wants to surf so i am thinking any one of the combo's will be fine.

Push for the Dell as it's definitely the better deal and will actually come with a decent PSU unlike all of the combos listed so far.
