I finally got 350 enough for half of my computer(parents pay other half ) this is my build that i've been looking at for around 2 months. I'm going to order this tonight so please tell me if the parts are compatible.

I know the video card sucks but I will upgrade at christmas, it will be fine for americas army.

I'd go dual-core and apply the money elsewhere.

Quad-core is severly overrated for the majority of people.

Get the DDR2-1000 G.Skill RAM for the same price. They're probably pretty much the same RAM, but I would assume that the DDR2-1000 sets have been tested to work up to that speed. You can still set the DDR2-1000 kit at 800 and lower the voltage. If you don't mind Mail-in rebates, you could look at some other 2x2GB sets from other brands to save a bit more money.

It looks like your video card choice is now up to $101.

The rest is good.

Can you list a good one for cheaper. Hell, I don't mind going AMD if I could save alot of money.

Dual-Core Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 ($80 with free shipping)

The 9600GT will work well on most monitors 20 inches and under, and the E2200 is a good CPU both at stock speeds and overclocked. I focused more on the video card in order to give you the maximum amount of versatility with games. With your $700 budget, you would have to decide upon a good processor or a good video card -- you can't have both (not without cutting corners elsewhere).
 
A vidcard is easier to upgrade than the CPU because of the CPU HSF. Keep in mind the vidcard is the fastest depreciating component in a gaming PC.

You've got some great part choices right there. However, if you want the best gaming performance, then the combo tiraides suggested is best. The E2200 is no slouch once you OC it, and it can OC to around 3.2Ghz. Most games are GPU dependent, not CPU dependent. Though, in order to OC that E2200 nicely, you'll need a $20 Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro or CM Hyper TX-2 CPU HSF, to keep the CPU nice and cool.

Yes, get the case/PSU combo while its a good deal.
