2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? $600 CAD without ship and tax.
3) Which country do you live in? Canada, Toronto, Ontario
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, MOBO, RAM, CASE, PSU,
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? 1TB WD BLACK, 2TB WD GREEN, Asus Xonar DG sound card.
6) Will you be overclocking? NO
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it? LG 37" 1080p
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Within the a week
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Going to need some with a lot of sata ports. Don't really have any USB 3.0 devices but wouldn't mind having them for the future, I don't plan to CF or SLI.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? WIN7 64-bit

Also looking for a quiet case, fans, video card to go along with them system.

For a quiet case, see if any of the Fractal Design R3 cases are available at whatever Canadian retailer you use.

that's without the video card.
basically I want to spend
$200 for CPU
$100 for mobo
$50 for ram
$70 PSU
$80 CASE
$80 SSD
$20 for fans or whatever I need

I'm thinking of getting the i5 2500k since it can use the GPU for now until I find a decent deal on a video card or when Diablo 3 comes out.
Also looking at the AMD X6 1100T with maybe onboard video to hold me over until Diablo 3. Can I get a mobo for around $100 for the i5 2500k?

I think you're gonna have to drop that SSD as your planned is a tad unrealistc.

Don't bother with the 1100T or any AMD CPU unless it's $110 CAD and lower for a gaming PC.

CPU wise, considering that you're not overclocking, you can save some money and go with the cheaper Core i5 2400. Only get the Core i5 2500K if A) you're planning on overclocking past 3.6Ghz, B) you want faster onboard video and feel that extra price is worth it, C) the 2500K is only $10 or so moe than the 2400 or D) you have money to burn.

Mobo wise, you're basically looking at an Intel H67 or Intel Z68 mobo. On the cheap, the Biostar TH67+ and the Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 should be around the $100 price range.

RAM wise, just about any 8GB set of DDR3 1333 RAM from a reputable manufacturer rated at 1.5V will be fine. CAS timings do not matter BTW.

Case wise, as noted earlier, you're basically looking at the Fractal Design R3 if you want a quiet case for cheaper. That case is around $110 CAD.

PSU wise, this is probably the cheapest but still decent PSU I've been able to find in your country:

If you still insist on a SSD, the most recommended SSD around these parts is Crucial's M4 series SSDs. SSDs cheaper than the base Crucial M4 64GB SSD tend to really drop off in performance and quality.
