i am building a new system which i intend to overclock and use as a render node for 3d aniamtion.
(gfx card is for cuda rendering)

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
£650 - 700 at a push - yes price all in ...

Yes a good 520W PSU is more than enough. In fact, a good 450W PSU would have been enough for your system.

besides too late now... all items purchased no going back now......
 
ok -
update one this

all put together - decided to go with a 4 gig flash drive (read only) for the os instead of a hdd
running ubuntu 10.04 and windows through virtualbox (windows is stored on a network drive - no speed loss though as its reading at 33 meg/sec)

parts all fit and work together - had no problems on that end.
