New Build, ~$800

Hey guys, long time lurker with one build under my belt. I put together a Q6600 build a couple years back and I'm going to upgrade it this summer.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Mainly gaming (Dota 2, League of Legends) and web browsing

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I'd like to hit around 800 shipping and tax included.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
I live near Chicago, IL.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
I'd like a new case as mine is huge right now. I'll need a new CPU, RAM, mobo, HDD and SSD, video card, and PSU. I have a DVD drive I can reuse. I also have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to reuse.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No, I don't think this is necessary for me.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
this summer (soon)

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Perhaps USB 3.0 and Sata 6Gb, but open to discussion.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Hey man, I was wondering do you happen to have a microcenter or frys near by? If so it would allow to save some money Also do you need an OS?

IN addition to what Neex asked, is the DVD drive you're planning to reuse SATA?

Also, can you narrow down the timeframe any further for the PC purchase?

Microcenter is 40 minutes away; I'd be willing to make the commute to save some money. And I'd like to get started in the next month so if there's something worth waiting for, I'm willing but I've got the money and I'm ready to go. And ahh, sorry I forgot to answer the last question. I do not need an OS.

Ahh yes. Sorry again. I need to read more thoroughly. My DVD drive is SATA, yes. My case is an Antec P182.

Sorry for the continued questions: No plans on playing any other or higher-end games than LoL and DOTA 2?

If it's possible to build the capacity for them for the price I'd be happy with that, but I will probably stick with LoL and DOTA 2 to be honest. I may be running some computationally intensive programs like Mathematica though. And no problem; thanks for taking the time.

I would highly recommend reusing your case to save money as there aren't many mATX cases that would cool better than your P182:

If you really do want a mATX case, the above setup still allows you to go mATX due to the motherboard. Here are some mATX cases that I recommend:
