If you're gonna ask us to build/list a PC for you or seek advice about a build, please answer all of the following questions:
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$700 cash, i also have $65 in amazon.com gift cards that i would like to use on top of that (cheaper is better if there is no discernible performance benefit
3) Where do you live?
Ft. Worth, Texas. i would prefer to purchase online, however, as i dont have time to drive to Dallas to go to microcenter.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Seasonic S12 II 620w 80+ bronze psu, EVGA GTX 460 1gb SC, 1680x1050 monitor, 7200rpm 500gb HDD (cant remember model), nuforce uDAC
6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
reusing 1680x1050 acer
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
within the next week
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.
I would really like USB 3.0 and sata 6 would be a nice bonus but not totally necessary, CFX/SLI support not required. It would be really awesome if it had a cmos switch on the I/O panel, or at least one that is easily accessed.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
yes, windows 7 ultimate 64bit
im kinda bummed because i was originally intending on going with an i5 2500k, but it seems that the recall or whatever on 1155 mobos is still going on so i dont think thats an option. obviously id be willing to wait if they will be available again soon.
i do plan on upgrading my monitor and GPU, but since i just got the 460 in august i figure i can wait a little while to do that, my CPU is the biggest bottleneck right now, the old q8200 is starting to show its age and my current mobo is a budget POS which doesnt like to OC at all.
also the two cases i am looking at are the Corsair 600t and the Fractal R3.
