1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming, School work

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$700 including everything, I live near a tech island so online isn't the only option.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
San Antonio TX

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Ill need a mobo, processor, video card, ram, hard drive, and monitor. Also do I need a sound card or do mobos come with excellent sound already? I haven't build a PC in 10 years.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I have a neo he550 power supply

and a cool master case

not sure if i should toss or keep these.
6) Will you be overclocking?
Not sure if necessary, I plan on playing games like Dota 2, SC2, D3, anything new but not crazy max settings needed.
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Open to suggestions, my last was a 24in crt monitor. I want to play games at a good resolution with good refresh rate. I play a lot of counter strike so 100hz would be great.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
This week or next week.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
I dont know anything about this, any suggestions would be appreciated.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

The OS is not a problem I have windows xp and windows 8 32bit and 64bit

Can you increase your budget? The cost of a 144Hz monitor is over $200 on its own.

You definitely need a new power supply, but I also recommend a new case. The bottom drive cage may interfere with some of the longer video cards available today.

Use Windows 8 x64 and upgrade it to Windows 8.1.

Ok so no point in saving the case or PSU? With a new monitor I can spend no more then 1000.
