**Updated**

I just want to see if anyone has any better recommendations, maybe theres something cheaper, and performs the same or better, or if there are any unreliable parts in general, reply with some feedback.

I would change the GPU. The HD 5670 is a bit too expensive for its performance at $110.

Second, Windows XP SP2 is now no longer supported by Microsoft (at service pack level). This means that you now must update to SP3 in order to receive any further critical security updates for XP.

Third, even if you can install 4GB of RAM on a new build, Windows XP 32-bit will see less than 3GB of total system RAM if your graphics card has 1GB of dedicated graphics RAM. This is because the upper 1GB+ is being used for hardware caching.

Reuse your Seasonic PSU. Should still be sufficient.

GPU wise, go with the HD 4850 1GB:
$110 - Gigabyte GV-R485OC-1GH Radeon HD 4850 1GB PCI-E Video Card

Thanks for the reply, I updated the list. If the PSU isn't sufficient what would be a good alternative. I got this reply when I posted this setup elsewhere.

"Honest Opinion I would go with a bigger powersupply instead of that one and having to replace it in short time, make sure you get no less then 800w with over 30amps per 12v rail. if you get a single 60amp rail or lower it will not last. the amperage is more of a big deal then watts, but you cant say well this site or that site says its ok, dont work that way . you have to make sure for yourself the power comsumption does not exceed 80% of the powersupply"

I think that statement is a bit over-cautious. PSUs with 40A to 50A on the +12V rail have been been more than enough power for a good majority of builds we do here in the forums over the past 3-4 years. So while a 60A+ will last a bit longer, saying that 40A to 50A will not last that long is a lot like FUD IMO. He is right though that you shouldn't exceed 80% of the PSU's capability for long term usage. Your PC would only be roughly 50% load on that Seasonic.

A good replacement:
$70 - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W PSU

Thanks for the prompt responses and support. My old rig just decided to burn down on me, im guessing it was the mobo, but this rig is a big upgrade..

MOBO: Asus A8N-E Deluxe Edition
CPU: Opteron 165 OC'd @ 2.24ghz
GPU: 7800GT
RAM: OCZ Platinum Ed 2GB (2x1gb)
PSU: 500W Seasonic

Since you're not overclocking, that Ripjaws set is not worth the money at all. Save some money and go with this set instead:
$82 - G.Skill F3-10600CL9D-4GBNT 2 x 2GB DDR3 1333 RAM

Looks fairly solid to me besides that.

Still open for suggestions even though this seems good. Thanks for the advice again.

Hmm if you don't need SATA 6Gb/s or USB 3.0, you can save $36 by going with this combo:
$149 - AMD Athlon II X4 630 CPU + MSI 870-G45 AM3 AMD 870 ATX AMD Motherboard

If you're not absolutely stuck on that Coolermaster case, you can save $30 by going with this Coolermaster case:
$70 - Cooler Master CM690 II ATX Case

EDIT: That Video card is now deactived on newegg, maybe i'll build my PC at a different place, any suggestions?

Whats another reliable website to buy from if there are any places with lower prices as well?

Use Google to "comparison shop," but the usual suspects are Amazon, Tiger Direct, Micro Center, Fry's, and ZipZoomFly (among others).
