We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

I just re-read your first post, and am all of a sudden a little confused.. Do you mean you bought 1700 worth of gear, (IE, components for a new computer) had a problem and instead of finding it sent ALL of the stuff back?

I noticed this too. Hard to believe that every component was bad. Maybe that has something to do with the problem?

How many components did you return?

Did you get a seperate RMA for each component?

Maybe they are having trouble processing a "batch" RMA and are not seeing what the problem is? Not saying it's right, but it might be something to explore.

Even if this were to be the case, wouldn't they be saying things like "hey, we're having trouble proccessing this" or even "why did you send us working items under a defective RMA" instead of "Oh yeah, no problem, you'll have your money in a few days"?

I can understand why you're upset, you have great justification for it. I'm sure the lack of communication on their part is the most frustrating part of it. I hope they figure out how to fix this soon. Have you considered mentioning this thread to them as well? That might help speed things up.
