Hey there everyone.
I'm in a bit of a quagmire with my Netapp 2020 filer. The netapp is not under any service contract. Anyhow, I had 10 SAS 15k drives in the system, setup with dual parity and a spare drive. One of the drives failed, so I decided to buy a new drive online that matched the same specs as the old one, it is a Seagate Cheetah 15K.5, model # ST3300655SS, serial # 3LM4V15Q. When i put the drive into the netapp, I get the following error while telneting in, "[disk.init.badsectorsize:error]" disk 0c.00.3 has an unexpected sector size (512 bytes) and cannot be used". Is there any simple work around to this problem.
Thanks.
