Need *working* 3.5" USB 3.0 panel

Hey, I need advice on reliable 2x USB 3.0 front panel, 19pin internal connector, for my old Silverstone HTPC case

one I got with my case years ago had only USB 2.0 and card reader broke long ago so I decided to replace, I got some fancy Akasa , USB 3.0/2.0/eSata/card reader, after a week or so card reader gone from bios and windows.. broken
since my HTPC is rather tight and hard to service I decided to take simple 2x USB 3.0 panel, also from Akasa (easy available where I live) and now my 2.5" USB 3.0 hard drive only work with USB 2.0 speed, my card reader is seen as USB 3.0 or 2.0 (50% chance) so I guess this one is also bad

so no more Akasa I guess, but since I don't want to lose another hour putting new panel into my case can you recommend something that WILL deliver what's promise? which in my case should be 2 USB 3.0 ports using Asus mobo internal connector

I got the Vantec $12.99 FS one at Newegg and it works fine.
