Need suggestions on CPU/GPU setup.

MSI GD-65 P67A B3 Motherboard
i7-2600k Processor @ 4.8ghz, 1.37 vcore
8gb Corsair Dominator GT 2000mhz RAM @ 1866mhz
ASUS ENGTX570 (the one with the tri-slot cooler)

Want to do:

I have the ZALMAN CNPS10X air cooler, and my temps on my i7 2600k is 36° idle, and 70-75 full load on core #2 and #3, the other cores are a little under 70. What I am wanting to do is to get the CPU down as low as I can get it under full load. My dilemma is that I have only had experience with the Corsair H50 which turned out to be a joke since air coolers did a similar job. I am new to doing a manual setup (tubing, pumps, rads) as far as the best for what I want to do.

As you can see, I would like to water cool the GPU as well.

I have been through the sticky at the top, and it lists the inexpensive way to water cool things. I don't really want to skimp out on anything money wise if there is better parts.

An Aqua Kryos XT for the CPU will work very well. I am not sure about your VC as it is a non reference card, EK may make one. I would recommend a swiftech 655 pump with an EK rev 2 top and a good triple or quad rad if you can fit it in your case.
Check Performance PC's and Sidewinder.

RX360/GTX Xtreme 360
6x Gentle Typhoon 1850 RPM fans
You'll have to see what block will fit your non-reference GPU. If nothing fits you'll probably have to use a universal GPU block.
1/2" ID tubing (I usually go for primochill tubing)
1/2" ID compression fittings (whichever appeals to you)
MCP 355
XSPC DDC Pump Reservoir
Distilled water + PT Nuke

Also you will probably have to mount the rad on the rear (google search image)

Ok, well I probably won't WC the GPU so do I still need a triple rad or is there a smaller great one?

XSPC DDC Pump Resevoir
6' of Tubing (I think that will be enough)

I'll need some fittings, some of the options on the performance-pc website offers to add them in with the resevoir/pump/rad, is that something I need to do or pick out some fittings myself? If I'm thinking right, I'll need 6 fittings?

don't expect to get anymore on that board. 4.8 seems to be the end for most people on it

If you just want to do the CPU get an XSPC Rasa 750 RX240 kit and call it a day. Buy your own 1/2" tubing if you don't want the clear tubing that comes with it.

You can either go with barb fittings (performance-pc's options) or you can purchase your own compression fittings or different barb fittings yourself. Compression fittings add up quickly since they are expensive and barb fittings are what people who have a tight budget go for.
 
Radiator. The RX240 (58.5mm) is thicker than the RS240 (35mm). They consider the RS240 compact. Looking at getting one of these kits as well for my cpu and gpu.
 
I would chime in, but I would essentially be repeating everything AdvanSuuper has said to the t. One thing I can add, I guess, is to replace the fans in the kit with Scythe Gentle Typhoons if you're not concerned about cost (or maybe even do push/pull?). The included fans won't explode in your face or anything, but the GTs are basically in a league of their own in terms of performance-to-noise.
