Im coming from a very loud pc, most of my fans are pushing 72.3 CFM and noise is around 49dBA. Its a very loud case pumped full of performance and im sick of the noise, i wannna go with a quiet solution, and a quiet case. I wish i could afford water cooling, but thats out of question. Can you all recomment some quiet 80mm fans cuz i dont remember how many dBA's is quiet, help me soon and fast, i think im going deaf

IMHO anything less than 25 is very very quiet

maybe pick up a Zalman 7000 series cooler?

21 dBA is pretty much equivalent to silent, after that every 3 dBA means a double increase in noise... Having two 21 dBA sources is equivalent to one 23-24 source. Keep in mind that often fan manufacturers are overtly optimistic of their fan's specs, some say they're overall fairly accurate but there's many occasions where the "fudge factor" is more than a few dB.

That being said, the lower rated Panaflos, Papsts, Silent Xs, and Vantec Stealth fans are generally regarded as being reasonably quiet. You can always just buy any standard fan (or even some of the mentioned) and undervolt them easily for even lower noise (and lower CFM but you can't avoid that).
