hey folks, so I just need some psu recommendations due to upgrading my rig pretty soon.
I may buy the psu depending on whether or not my friend sells his spare one to me (he has a HPC 1200w power supply)

psu price range: $70-$80 shipped

current specs of my rig:
- Gigabyte M68M-SM
- 2x 2gb OCZ GOLD ddr2
- Athlon II x2 240 (stock)
- Palit 3850 512mb DDR2
- 750gb storage
250gb WD Caviar Blue
500gb WD Caviar Blue
- about 3-4 usb devices are plugged in most of the time.
- 4 Fans
3x 120mm fans (2 of them have green LED on them)
1x 140mm fan
- some cheap dvd-rom optical drive
-current psu is a Coolmax v600 600w

Upgrading to a Phenom II x4 940 (I should be getting it this week), and possibly a 5770 or a GTX 460 a couple of months from now.

any advice will be taken. thanks!

This PSU should keep you set:
$70 - Seasonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W PSU

thanks guys! just read the jonny guru review regarding the S12II I'll be getting this psu if my friend isn't able to ship his spare psu to me this week.

okay so I saw neweggs promo on the EA 750, and I pulled the trigger on it, paid $74.99 after the -$10 promo code, its $59.99 AR but I do not have a printer :[. anyway, was it worth the price I paid for? ($74.99) and I already saw the jonnyguru review

It's not the greatest of PSUs, but it is a solid unit and that's a good price for it.
