i've got that psu and i haven't heard a whine yet. and if yours does whine the customer service is top notch and will replace it for you.

FYI, the TX650 is a CWT built psu and NOT a Seasonic. So i guess it's not only Seasonic that squeals. Maybe you should RMA it to Corsair for one that doesnt.
