1) I'll be using the PC for video editing (Premiere/After Effects), gaming and browsing the internet.
2) My budget is ~850$ which is ~430Ls in my currency.
3) I live in Latvia and I'll be buying everything from this website: www.1a.lv
4) I need what's in the list below.
5) I will be using my current HDD for now.

Current idea of a build:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-3550 3.3GHz
MB: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H
RAM: Kingston 8GB PC10600 DDR3 CL9 HYPERX KIT OF 2
GPU: Asus GF GTX560 1GB (925MHz)
Case: Cooler Master UPS 100 Black
PSU: Chieftec ATX 500W PFC 80+ APS-500S
Fans: ZALMAN CASE FAN 92MM (x3)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Vortex PLUS

I'm not sure of the GPU. And, is the PSU good enough for this build?
 
GPU wise, go for the HD 7850 2GB instead since it should be cheaper, slightly higher performance, lower power usage, and has extra VRAM just in case.

HSF wise, you don't need a 3rd party HSF since you're not overclocking. The stock HSF will still be fine. Even if you want to get a 3rd party HSF, ditch that Coolermaster and go for this Coolermaster HSF instead:

Fan wise, that case and the new HSF can take 120mm fans. So don't use 92mm fans since you're using an actual ATX case and not some small mATX case. So go with the cheapest 120mm fans you can find.

PSU wise, that PSU more than likely isn't good. Go with this PSU instead:

Actually, Danny, the OP will be using Premiere and After Effects on his new build. So, the HD 7850 that you suggested will perform no faster than a cheap integrated IGP even in the latest Windows version of Premiere Pro CS6 and After Effects CS6. Therefore, for the OP's budget there is absolutely no choice whatsoever that excels in both video editing and gaming unless he is willing to go way over budget. The OP's original choice of a GTX 560 (non-Ti) would no longer be competitive in gaming for the price and is a bit outdated. While the HD 7850 still cannot use MPE GPU acceleration at all in Premiere or After Effects because the Windows version of CS6 still does not support OpenCL GPU acceleration at all. (Only the Mac version of CS6 supports OpenCL GPU acceleration - and then, only certain AMD GPUs in MacBook Pros with 1GB or more VRAM are supported.)
 
Well we'll have to see what matters more to the OP: Premiere/After Effects performance or gaming performance.
