Need help with xigmatek bracket`

I have the s1283 xigmatek..there are two brackets....I need to know if each one will fit.

will both of these fit? i had the push pins and had a hell of a time getting them in..

The one on the bottom that's outta stock is for the 3 heat pipe models, like yours.

Just remember, you're going to have to take the push-pins out of the stock brackets. Either take them apart, which isn't hard, or cut them off.

Call it personal preference. I'd rather not have to hack apart stuff to fit it together if there is another part intended for that purpose, even it it's $1.50.

Not "exactly." From the below quote, I'd have to pull the pins out of the cooler and put the bolts in. The Xigmatek has new brackets with the bolts in them already.

oh i see what u mean, it comes with new screw ons for the xigmatek with the xig bracket. well i don't mind pulling out the stock push pins

I'll agree with this. A jewelers slotted screw driver and a little patience took me about a minute to take all 4 push pins apart and out. They still work too if I ever decide to use them, or replace a bad one on another HSF, again.

But, I can see where OP is coming from. I was reluctant to order this screw/plate kit as well, but it worked out extremely well and saved me a couple bucks.
