ok i'm building 2 PC,and i want to know what is best or not as i'm on budget.
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
System A:- Video surveillance system,
System B:- Mainly office work (MS office/quickbook) and light gaming (like pogo and once on facebook)
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
System A:- about $350, tax including, shipping is flexible
System B:- about $450, tax including, shipping is flexible
3) Where do you live?

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
System A:- Motherboard, Intel CPU (must be intel), RAM (if go DDR3), big HDD (can be avoided first but will need in later days) GPU (will be nice if i can get cheap ATI to do crossfire just to have 3 monitors (not sure i can clonex3 them but if i can it'll be nice if not other cost efficent method is fine in which case on board GPU is fine, but clonex2 is must , will settle for clone on 2 monitors)
System B:- Motherboard, CPU (good to last 5 years of office work), RAM, DVD writer (can be added later)
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
System A:- Case, PSU, cables, keyboard, mouse, monitor
System B:- Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse GPU, SSD (have to so my sister can enjoy speed) IDE HD for backup data and storage.
6) Will you be overclocking?
System A:- Doesn't have to but keeping option open if i can lower the price.
System B:- Doesn't have to but keeping option open if i can lower the price.
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
System A:- has one 19" and second 21.5"
System B:- Has 19" dell IPS atm but will like to get bigger on later dates for more pixels (doesn't need to be IPS) the monitor will be off of the budget so is not a problam.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
System A:- next 3-6 month
System B:- ASAP, but can delay as long as a month if better futures are available.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
System A:- not much but Raid will be good and can handle 3TB had will be great one PCI-Ex1 and PCI card must, micro ATX is fine and prefered.
System B:- USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s is good option but not necessary, and micro atx is fine too
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
already have 32 bit W7HP
on one more note gonna need little help with PSU for both systems. for system A and B lowest wattage PSU is must as i won't be adding much of the options later on.
For system A and B i would like to have good 1155 MB and i5 2500 is good (for survillance system it is good requirement and for second one i would like to have it compare to other quad cores and dual cores (1366 is great i know but it's too much), also have 9600GT for system B which will do great for good work.
for system A cheapest ram is fine as long as they are good (if i get the $9 deal soon i'll get 4 sticks of 2GB), for system B i would like to have solid ram.1333 is last resort for it (4GB good ram is good).
