1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$500-600, No. (I can go a little over 600) (Also if $500 + OS is a lot worse than $600 and getting an OS at a later date, I would rather have the $600 without OS)

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
US, Pennsylvania

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget?
CPU, GPU, RAM, MOBO, Case
(I know Im not supposed to say everything but, everything.)

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing?
Mouse, Keyboard, 42" 1080p TV

6) Will you be overclocking?
Most Likely

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I have an old monitor but plan on using a 42" 1080p TV

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
1-2 weeks (Basically ASAP)

9) What features do you need in a motherboard?
I know basically nothing about computers, so Im not sure. Definitely need an HDMI port for the TV

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Not at the moment. As stated before, (If $500 + OS is a lot worse than $600 and getting an OS at a later date, I would rather have the $600 without OS)

Extra: I plan on only gaming, Games like Diablo 3, Team Fortress 2, and other shooters. I have never built a computer before and know very minimal details about pretty much everything.

Thank you.

So you need a PSU, OOD, and HDD as well or are you planning to reuse something? If you do plan to reuse, we need model numbers of each one to ensure the motherboard we recommend is compatible with those products.

I know people I can borrow some money from, just wondering if a huge difference will be made . If I can get a $500 build I'll add the OS on, If a $600 build is much better, I can borrow for an OS, but hoping it isnt necessary.

How long will it take you to pay those people back? In fact, why not wait until you've earned that extra $100 and buy the PC then? Just seems like a horrible and terrible idea to borrow money from people for something as simple as a $100 OS.

Yes there is a performance difference between a $500 and $600 build. However unless you're extremely desperate for a PC, just wait until you've earned that extra $100 and get everything in one go. Otherwise, go for a $500 build.

EDIT: Here's a $600 build with OS:
$120 - Intel Core i3-2100
$55 - Biostar H61MGC Intel H61 mATX Intel Motherboard
$20 - G.Skill F3-10666CL9S-2GBNT 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM
$97 - HIS H675FS1G Radeon HD 6750 1GB PCI-E Video Card
$80 - Hitachi 7K1000.D HDS721050DLE630 500GB 7200RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s Hard Drive
$22 - Samsung SH-222BB/BEBE SATA DVD Burner
$47 - Corsair 430CX V2 430W PSU
$50 - NZXT Source 210 Elite Black ATX Case
$100 - Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit OEM
---
Total: $591 shipped.
