Need Help With Gaming Computer Build

Hey guys,

The title says it all. I've managed to save up about $700 and have the urge to splurge it all as a reward for myself for this upcoming holiday season. I am looking to build myself a gaming computer that has options for upgrades in the future. The $700 price tag doesn't have to include a monitor, a keyboard, and a mouse. Whats the best you can help me with?

My general usage is computer games and watching TV Shows / Movies on my computer. I'd like it to be able to handle current day games very well and those to come in the near future as best as possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, Ram, Case, Sound Card, GPU, Network Card, PSU; Pretty much everything but a monitor and accessories such as a mouse and keyboard
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

Currently have 22'' WideScreen Monitor, plan on using this with the new setup
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Just a quick question, I liked everything I saw except for the CPU. Isnt the CPU and Motherboard combo a bit on the low end?

Are there any other recommendations for them instead?

What about an Intel cpu?

Any quick help would be appreciated, i'd like to organize and order this asap.

Your budget doesn't allow for a decent well priced Intel CPU setup. Can't really make any other motherboard recommendations until you figure out what features you need. Since you had a vague answer, I went with a basic motherboard. It's not low-end but not high-end either.

I mean, if you really want to spend your leftover cash, go with this CPU + mobo:
