Need Help with Antminer S9 Setup!

Hi. I bought a used Bitmain Antminer S9 and am trying to configure it. It runs fine but the red fault light comes on and only the center hash board's red light is illuminated. I have tried rebooting it and restoring it to the original settings to no avail. Please help!
 
You may want to try bitcointalk forums if you haven't already. I have never seen hands on ASIC discussion here.

Not to be a downer but I don't think the a S9 can even turn a profit anymore if you do get it running. (although I guess it could be useful as a low cost space heater in the winter.)
