Hey my friend asked me to upgrade his computer, it's a dell 530s inspiron. He wants to add a video card because he's tired of using the onboard video. But the problem is because of the case being so slim, there really is not much room in the case also they use a non standard pci format, do you know of any video cards that can fit into non standard pci slots?

The 530 slim desktop does have a PCI-E slot which is that "non-standard" PCI slot you may be referring to. Just look for a half-height card then.

From what I can see, all of the 2400XTs are full sized cards. He may have to drop down to the 2400Pro or 8400GS
