Here is a quick diagram of my new rig's airflow. I purchased 1 extra 120mm fan and placed it in the front for intake, but I don't think it is correct overall. I hate the fact that the PSU and GPU fans are blowing directly onto each other, but because of the case, PSU, and card's design, I don't feel there is a way to do it differently. Would adding a fan on the door help?
I am reluctant to add any other fans too because the case is already noticeably loud when turned on and idle. Here is the case:

Temps are great, really great, so no complaints there. I spent time and tied up wires and moved them out of the way of every airflow.
And just for reference, green means air going into the case, red is out, and purple is the direction inside (in case that wasn't blatantly obious
). And the faded grill part is the location of my door opening, where a fan could be.
