I have a 24in ASUS pro art LCD doing something really weird

I do alot of photo edits and after a session I decided that I wanted to make one of my photos the wall paper on my desktop, Well When I did that Red was no longer Red it was orange. This is the first time a i noticed it today.

I have completely reset the monitor and switched it off and back and changed the cables and inputs still have the same crazy color being wrong and it is only RED.

Color space issue with application versus desktop background? Embedded ICC profile in your image being different?
 
What kind of problem would you like me to help you have?
