Need help choosing motherboard!

I want to build a computer that runs:

1. AMD Athlon 64 3500+ ClawHammer/Hammer Integrated into Chip FSB Socket 939
Processor Model ADA3500ASBOX
2. Has at least one PCI-Express x16
3. Has 4 Gigabyte Memory Support
4. Good for Overclocking
5. Has at least one SATA port (that can also support raid)
6. USB 2.0

I have these options but I don't know which motherboard to purchase. Can someone give me a manufacture name and a model number? Thank you! Also, I don't want to purchase something over $200.
 
Not knocking ASUS at all, i've just been using ABIT since about the 300mhz era. Use them in our high end machines at work, and love them. All the techs use em. If your gonna build a really high end box, push the needle all the way to badass ;)
 
between this Abit, MSI K8N NEO4 PLATINUM and ASUS A8N-SLI
what do you guys suggest?
 
We've used alot of MSI mobos in our midrange, and haven't had alot of problems with them. I would certainly say take the step up to abit or asus tho.
 
i got a question for you guys...
i'm getting an ati card so sli would be out of the question
should i still go with one of these boards?
 
Well the abit mobo only has one pci-e slot. Abit does make a AN8 SLI which has two slots.
I think the verdict is still out on SLI anyways...
 
Foxcon is big oem boardmaker and alot of guys dont know much about them.I have and found them to be very stable and reliable. but for overclocking I woundnt know how they were. anybody?
 
If you're going to go budget and want OCing, get the Chaintech VNF4/Ultra
