I am helping someone build a new PC, and I am to choose the PSU. Here are the specs.

Antec P180 case
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700
nVidia Geforce 7950 GT (no SLI)
2GB DDR-800 RAM

I need a PSU that meets the following criteria:

High quality
QUIET (This is an absolute MUST.)
Able to fit into the Antec P180 case without any trouble
Modular cables (I am not sure about this. Can anyone comment on whether or not there are any disadvantages to having them? I would also choose a higher quality unit without modular cables than a lower quality unit without them)

I am currently looking at the Silverstone ST60F or the ST56ZF. I have heard that the ST56ZF is fairly loud. Can anyone confrim this? The ST60F is supposed to be fairly quiet and has modular cables, but the ST56ZF would be preferred for its higher quality if its noise is not an issue. Or maybe someone can suggest a unit that meets the criteria and that is better than the two units I listed. The price range would be about $160.

Thanks in advance. :)

Ahhh very nice! Didn't know they were made by Seasonic, guess I'll have to pick one up. Do the power cables have long enough reach for the size of the P180? Or am I going to need an extension?

Yes, 20" so no problems, rated at 50C & they have a 5yr warranty. ;)

Hoho! Another item on my list that I'm positive about getting now! Have any experience with fans? lol

*sorry for thread hijack* :p

Sure, but please post fan questions in the cooling section. ;)

I can hear mine as I type this, but it's not bad at all. Not really pushing it hard though. The Corsairs should be quieter.
