hey, my friend wants me to build him gaming computer, the budget is 900$ with a 17" LCD screen and i already have the case,an antec sonata without a psu, i am using only AMD and i have bad luck with processor's and since this isnt my money or computer i cant take chances so i was thinking of getting like a prebuild combo type thing were the proccessor is already installed to the MOBO, the computer needs to be better then this(well just most of the parts):

Avoid Thermaltake power supplies.

6800GS > 6600GT

The Hitachi drive is just OK, I suggest the new Maxtor drives with 16MB of cache. They are only $10 more. I know the Hitachi has SATA 3.0Gbps, but the extra cache gets you a lot more more speed then the bigger bus does.
 
Monarch Computers assembles cpu, mobo, ram and tests them for a small fee.

Be sure to get a antec or enermax psu, and a 6800GS. 7800GT if you got the money. Get a maxtor 16 MB sata like said before. Rest looks fine.
