Need clarification about my PSU

Hi.I have an Enermax PSU (came with my Enermax 656 case) and it's 350W.Now,i haven't noticed any stability problems and using SpeedFan the voltages are only slightly oscillating at load and in any case keep over their nominal values. The case has also a connector(takes current from one PSU molex) where you can put 3 fans regulating their speed with a single frontal knob.Currently i have 2 such 80x80 fans connected.I tried recently to put a 3rd and noticed that in that case none would startup. So the doubt came to me that maybe the PSU wasn't enough.Searching a bit i got even more confused. My PSU is over 1 year old.Yet i find Antec Truepower 480W giving 22A @ +12V ,while mine is rated 26A@12V???How is this possible?I ve seen it with my own eyes and found it here too:

So,i have 2 questions:
1)Is the rating of my CPU fake?Cause if not,Antec should make harakiri! Moreover i bought that case WITH the PSU for about 90 Euros.I find the Antec PSU alone for 112 Euros!Something isn't right.

2)Is my current PSU enough ?With wattage calculators i get that it's enough, but as most of you say,it's amperage that counts, not wattage. My complete config is:
Athlon 63 3200+
AsRock DUAL SATA2
2x1GB RAM
1 SATA 80GB
1PATA 40GB
1 LG 4163B DVD+RW
1 LG 8163 DVD-ROM
Trust 5.1.1 audio PCI
Sapphire Radeon X550 256MB
1 USB device always connected (modem)
3 case fans 80x80(1 frontal,2 rear)

Thanks in advance

The problem with the fans probably isn't the PSU... It's probably the knob. If you look behind that knob, you'll probably find a transistor that's acting as a voltage regulator to adjust the speed of those fans. The additional load is probably dropping the voltage more than it can handle. This shouldn't be a reflection on the PSU.

Thank you very much JonnyGuru.I feel more confident about the PSU now.Your explanation makes sense.Much appreciated.
