I am still trying to make my gaming rig smaller.

I am looking at this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=11-144-161&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&PurchaseMark=&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Page=2#scrollFullInfo

The Apevia X-Qpack.

Currently for a gaming rig I have:

i7 920
Rampage III Gene board
GTS 450 video card
Currently has 4 harddrives in it, Im going to cut that number down to 2, maybe 3 with a little mod work.

Im fairly sure that 420watt power supply wont run my gear, nor my current supply fit.

So this begs the question, How do other gamers make such tiny gaming systems?

I had the X-Qpack in my first gaming build. I loved it at first. But its very limited.

NZXT Rouge is a nice looking case. Not sure if these are still in production though.

You are correct: Apevia is well known for making/branding/bundling some of the world's shittiest power supplies. A good 420W PSU would have been enough for that setup. But that 420W PSU isn't good at all as shown in the JonnyGURU review:
XQPack's Included 420W PSU

So yeah, don't use the included PSU unless you like killing PCs. However, what PSU do you have now?

As for other SFF cases to look at, I recommend the following:
$70 - NZXT Vulcan mATX Case
$100 - Silverstone TJ08B-E mATX Case
$100 - Lian Li PC-V351A Silver mATX Case
$100 - Lian Li PC-A04A Silver mATX Case
$110 - Lian Li PC-A04B Black mATX Case
$110 - Fractal Design Arc Mini mATX Case
$140 - Lian Li PC-V354B Black mATX Case
$150 - Lian Li PC-V354A Silver mATX Case

Im thinking of going with the LIAN LI PC-V354B Black, The power supply worries me a little, but I guess if worse comes to worse I can switch with a different system here for a 600watt supply.

Actually dont like my thousand watter anyways.

Looked at all these, and for the price I went with the TT lanbox lite, and was not dissapointed. 750w psu no problem, running a q9550s and 2x sapphire vapor-x 5770s. cool and quiet, bit of a pain for oringal assembly but it all fits. I went with a 2x 2.5" (vertex2-pros) external drive bay in the floppy slot, and a 3.5 (wd 2tb black) external drive bay in the second 5.25" bay. It has mounts for two 3.5" drives internal, but not in a spot you would want to mess with often, so I took the bracket out for airflow and went with external drive bays. I was building this out of leftover/upgrade parts so going cheap was a must .

Money not being an object the LiLi v354 is very nice.

I love the little lanbox, Im so worried about airflow and my components fitting tho, 60mm fans dont move much air, unless they are loud as hell. And I would have to mod it from the start to make my, well, who am I kidding, an H70 wont fir in the case.
