From your old PC, are you allowed to reuse anything from there or are you giving away the PC or something?

What Canadian online computer hardware store are you buying from?

I'm buying from memory express or ncix. Anything inside can be, just not the RAM cuz its dead.

You might consider buying just replacement RAM and a new video card.

We need to know the monitor resolution you're using for gaming. That resolution affects our recommendations in video cards.

We also need to know if you have an unactivated copy of Window available (and if so, which version/edition you have). Each version of Windows plays by a different set of rules (as spelled out, if not partially, by the EULA).

At first glance, here's what you can reuse:

Antec Nine Hundred case (though Dangman doesn't like the comparative lack of space in there, right now, it's one less thing to buy)
Western Digital WD1001FALS HDD (you can reuse it as a storage drive)
Samsung SH-S223B/BEBE DVD burner

Here's my initial set of recommendations:

Intel Core i5-4570 Socket 1150 quad-core processor
MSI B85-G41 PC Mate Socket 1150 Intel B85 ATX motherboard
2x8GB DDR3 1333 or DDR3 1600 dual channel kit (that runs at 1.5V)
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB or 250GB SSD (I recommend the 250GB drive, if you can afford it)
(I'm waiting on your answers before I recommend a video card or power supply)

I need more time to determine whether NCIX or Memory Express has the better deals. (Then again, we may have to pick and choose between the two retailers.)

1920x1080 for both the LG and samsungs monitors, but would to upgrade for 1440p for the future. I will most likely just pick up win 7 or 8 depending on what u guys think. Also what would be the best way to get 3-4 monitors up and going if possible.

When are you planning on upgrading to those larger monitors?

Best way to connect 3-4 monitors to a PC or best way to buy 3-4 monitors for a PC?

As for your Mushkin RAM, they do have lifetime warranties last time I checked. So see if you can RMA that Mushkin RAM back to Mushkin for a replacement.

i have all the monitors(4 atm) and i meant best way to connect them(srry there), and i will look into that RAM later on the warranties

How many monitors are you using for gaming?

When were you planning to buy the 1440p monitors?

In terms of monitors i tend to use 1-2 for gaming the other for watching stuff and for the 1440p when ever i can afford it later on, but would like to have it ready so i can just hook it up.

About 600ish, but not to sure about the power supply and video card. So i will wait for a reply on that

Hmm... go ahead and reuse your PSU for now. As for the video card, go for the GTX 660, GTX 660 TI, or R9 270X, whichever is cheaper.
