Just reusing an old ATX case

It looks like they are out of the RAM that comes with that Mobo combo. The next closest thing is like $20 more: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.571723

Should I go with that or is there a better option?

The RAM is fine; go with that, if you can afford it.

Yea the other ram combo you posted is still a good deal.. ram ends up being a couple dollars cheaper after the MIR as well.
