Doing this for a friend, who wants to play Diablo 3 with a $450 budget. We live in Miami, FL which means there's tigerdirect tax so I'd like to avoid that if it's okay. I have shoprunner on newegg as well. I need everything from the CPU, RAM, Case, Motherboard, Graphics Card, Power Supply and he wants the monitor to be connected through HDMI(1080p). No overclocking will be done and USB 3.0 is highly preferred. It doesn't matter if it's Intel or AMD, Radeon or Nvidia as long as it's functional and reliable.

Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
 
Yes, 64-bit windows 7 home premium. It's already bought from eBay.
