Need assistence - Details inside.

Well I'm back after a few weeks. I recently had issues with my video card http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1613974

well I purchased a new EVGA 560 TI and i'm still having issues. My current issues are that the driver stops responding constantly with hardware acceleration turned on in firefox also it seems to not be displaying flash videos like youtube and things very well. Also WoW is pretty much unplayable as it does this http://imgur.com/a/c0BPK The purple is not a spell effect it was just going crazy from my body. The floor and other things were also disappearing.

Now this leads me to believe that it's either my RAM or VRAM. I ran memory test and after 3 passes it found no errors. I JUST got this card a week ago so it could be a dud or something else is going on. I am starting to lean toward it being a motherboard issue. I am just wondering if it would be worth RMAing my video card or just getting a new motherboard/cpu/ram at this point. I don't want to keep putting money into this machine as it is old (2 years) and I can't really identify the problem other than the motherboard,ram, or video card. So I am again I am asking the bright minds on [H] for assistance in troubleshooting this issue.

Specs:
Asus Rampage Formula
Intel E8600 3.4ghz c2d
EVGA 560 TI - 850/1700/2050 (stock or whatever evga precision set it to)
G.Skill 4gb DDR2
Power and Cooling 750w
Drivers: 275.33

Things I have tried/ruled out:
clean installed drivers using driver sweeper
tried beta 275.50 drivers
I've ran the precision OC test and it didn't show any issues.
ran memtest+ no errors
the temps via hwmonitor never go above 70c under load or 50c with 100% fan
I've reseated the video card and the ram
i've looked for blown capacitors

Try running Furmark and see if you see issues there.

Another good test is Unigine Heaven 2.5. (and its not as boring to watch)

I had so many problems w/ the new Firefox hardware acceleration support w/ my 5870, I converted, and now use exclusively, the Google Chrome browser.

I will try running a benchmark and see if I can see any issues.

Try a different browser so you know firefox isn't screwed on your pc?

i went ahead an bought a new powersupply thermaltake black widow 850w modular and i have so far ran unigine heaven for a full benchmark pass without any issues. So I don't know yet if it was my power supply going bad or if it's still the vram or motherboard. As far as trying another browser, I was using opera to check my other e-mail account and had artifacts appear when using that as well so while there may be an issue with firefox, the main problem isn't limited to it.
