Need a quick tip for case fan control.

So I've been playing a lot of Warzone lately and I've noticed my Micro-ATX build getting hotter than usual, and I realized that all my fans in my case are all just plugged in to run... none of them are thermally controlled. I think the only fan in my case that is thermally controlled is the CPU fan, so what is a quick and simple solution to plug all my fans into something that I can control through software and maybe have something setup so I can control at what temps the fans ramp up?

Are your other fans plugged in and running? If the are already running full speed a controller won't help. Also looks like the splitters will send the same duty cycle signal to all fans which may or may not be okay.
 
Are your fans 4pin pwm or 3pin voltage controlled? If they are pwm you can get any old fan hub and set up a curve through the bios. If they are 3pin youll need an actual fan controller or some kind of rheostat/rheostats to control the speed.

If your fans are PWM fans, you can control the fan speed in BIOS/UEFI as well, but I believe ASRock has Windows software for the fan profile ?
