I dont have time to do research, I typically build my own, but this project calls for space immediately.

Looking for at least 2TB redundant.
Under $1400

Needs SMB & iSCSI
NFS is ideal but not required
Faster the better
Disk must be included
Buy new only...any retailer (bestbuy, amazon, doesnt matter)

If you have a suggestion please post it.

BYO, use one of the many open source NAS distributions (freenas, OI/napp-it, openfiler)

Should be able to build it for half your listed cost. A simple mirrored NAS doesn't need a lot of horsepower or memory.
