About a month ago, I posted about a peculiar problem I was having with my XFX 4890 that ultimately required an RMA.
In the past, I have always been ambivalent with returning products for repair, as living outside of the US has often resulted in inordinate delays and headaches that generally isn't worth the time.
However, I decided to take my chances given XFX's sterling reputation as a "custemor first" company, and let me say, their reputation is well deserved.
The entire experience was seamless, from the professional and courteous technical support staff, to the minimal downtime in shipping me a working card.
I can say with 100% sincerity that I am now a XFX custemor for life, and would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new videocard.
Quality product, quality service and competitive pricing... doesn't get much better than that
