About a month ago, I posted about a peculiar problem I was having with my XFX 4890 that ultimately required an RMA.

In the past, I have always been ambivalent with returning products for repair, as living outside of the US has often resulted in inordinate delays and headaches that generally isn't worth the time.

However, I decided to take my chances given XFX's sterling reputation as a "custemor first" company, and let me say, their reputation is well deserved.

The entire experience was seamless, from the professional and courteous technical support staff, to the minimal downtime in shipping me a working card.

I can say with 100% sincerity that I am now a XFX custemor for life, and would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new videocard.

Quality product, quality service and competitive pricing... doesn't get much better than that :)

I still religously use my XFX 7600, so I agree with you, great products and great service. Happy to know you have a good experiance! :)

Yes, and when I heard XFX jumped on the ATi bandwagon, my spirits were relifted. My GTX 260, 4890, 8800GTS, and 7900GS were all XFX.

Good to know since I recently bought an XFX 4890.

I must say I was certain this would be a horror story. I mean, since when does anyone say anything nice on the internet? :p

Nice to hear a fellow Canadian had a good RMA experience with an "outside Canada" company. XFX is my exclusive ATI source now, so you've given me the confidence that I made a proper choice.

Best o' luck, and all the best.
