Hi guys

Umm, I only noticed this earlier because I usually have music on 24\7 as long as I'm sitting on my PC's chair...

Anyway, I came to turn off the music and I noticed some buzzy noises from the PSU, sometimes when I move the mouse it happens, sometimes it randomly happens...Any ideas?

Model: AcBel PC7016 660W

Thanks in advance

Coil whine. It isn't an indication of anything wrong with the PSU; it's just an annoyance. Nothing you can really do about it.

Are you sure?

The only thing you can do is to replace the PSU altogether. Like Zero82z said, the coil whine does not indicate that there is anything wrong with the PSU that would cause harm to the PC.

If the sound bugs you that much and you have the money, replace the PSU.

Thanks for the replies,

So whatever's happening in my PSU isn't about to kill the PSU itself and\or my PC components, so it's all safe?

Thanks again
