Get rid of all the OCZ stuff in your build.
What do you need IDE for?
If you plan on OCing your going to need to get a non stock heatsink.
For the PSU look at Corsair or Antec.
For a cheap SSD get anything but OCZ.

+1. 256gb M4/830/840 SSd would work. Antec/Corsair/Seasonic.
CM 212+ for your cpu, 2 x 4gb 1600 memory, not sure what that case is.

IDE?! :confused:
 
the ide is for my old floppy disks and maybe some old cd drives
and i already have the PSU that is the thing i am transfering along with my 6870
and the ocz i picked has some pretty good reviews and the most random read write speed for that pricepoint
oh yea and i only plan to clock it up to the spped of a fx- 6200 so shouldnt stock cooler be enough from what i know the cooler is the same between the two could be wrong though
EDIT i will update actual product numbers for keyboard and monitor and stuff

Any chance you can wait another month? AMD's new "FX "Vishera" CPUs will be out then and might be a better choice for you if you really want to stick with that "red" theme you have going on now.

As for the case, IMO, that case is a bit too pricey considering that it lacks USB 3.0. Some cases around the $50 price point have USB 3.0 so it's a bit of poor value to see a $100 case with no USB 3.0.

As for the SSD, considering OCZ's shady history, I honestly would not recommend that OCZ SSD. I recommend the Crucial m4 or Samsung 830 series SSD.
 
Thanks For Telling me about the new AMD chips I had no idea pile driver was coming out so soon(it certainly pushes back my date for purchase thanks for letting me know)! Do you think that the 6300 will be totally different architecture and not just an PRE-OCED 6100 like the 6200?

The Extreme edition case is one of the cheaper full ATX cases that I saw on Newegg and it has devoted fans for GPU and Hard drives and there is no denying it looks epic but I am open to a $50 full atx case with similar features to the extreme edition

Also I almost exclusively Shop Newegg for there prodigious Customer service(except for water cooling and stuff as they don't really have a lot where that is concerned)

I will update the thread with suggestions soon

Couple things:
1) The FX-6300 is based on the Piledriver archticture, a refinement of the Bulldozer architecture. So not a totally different architecture
2) The FX-6200 is higher clocked than the FX-6100. It is not a "pre-OC'd" (did you mean post?) 6100

Oh I can deny it looks epic: It only has 80mm side fans which are either gonna be too loud or not push enough air and it lacks USB 3.0. I recommend any of these cases instead:

Hmm, thought they already upgraded the NZXT Phantom to have USB 3.0.
 
it would help me decide if i knew how easy it would be to watercool the sentey vs. antec because if it is similar i would rather just get the front panel usb 3 for the sentey
 
It appears the antec is actually better for water cooling by a bit but i could use some conformation
 
Haven't seen anyone use that Sentey case so can't vouch for its water cooling capability.
 
I noticed there are more tube holes(don't know what they are called lol) on the 1100 don't know if you have seen anyone use that for water-cooling. but at any rate ill probably just go with the Setney for looks and get one of those usb 3 front panel things and then post some information somewhere so others can make a more informed descision
 
More than likely you probably won't do water-cooling considering how expensive it can be. That money can often better be used towards faster parts.
 
alright thanks for the info i hope to at some point, when my 6870 stops being able to meet my needs, get a second one and crossfire them but i will need a better PSU to do that but again right now i am getting plenty of performance out of my 6870 right now can max almost any game and peg it at around 50 frames or more
 
Well I decided to go with the ASRock 990FX Extreme4 because it has usb3.0 front panel headers which the EXTREME3 did not have. Also it came with a 5.25 bay with 2 USB 3.0 adapter which is awesome because the board itself is more featured the the extreme 3. Yet one of those usb 3.0 front panel adapters costs about the price difference between the two. So it is the better choice to me but I could be totally wrong once again
