My old back rig is not working

I am facing a problem with my old backup rig since last 6-8 months. When i turn it on, there is no output in display. So i usually unplug the cables from PSU, put it back and the display is back to normal.

But now, the display has stopped coming. No matter how many times I plug / unplug the cable. I am using world class Corsair HX 620W PSU. So i don't think PSU should be a problem. I don't hear any beep sound so I don't think there should be any problem with RAM. So what could be the problem?

the config of my old back up rig are

1) Intel Pentium 920D
2) Intel Mobo with Intel 945 Chipset
3) 2GB DDR2 RAM from transcend.
 
Follow the stickied "Basic Troubleshooting Guide" on what to do when the PC does not POST. Report back after you've followed all those steps.
 
In my case its not is getting displayed, not even BOIS screen. So its not possible for me to run all those softwares for performing a test :(

I need to perform complete hardware test. If Mobo is gone for a toss, how can I check it, if some capaciter is gone (not burned) how can i test it, its purely hardware based and I am not an electronic engineer

Do the first thing under "Quick Fixes"
Reset your CMOS and/or replace the battery. (Follow the instructions listed in your motherboard's manual.)
