Look what I found in my closet!

A friend of mine was showing me some of the shots he's been taking with some older Contax M42 primes on his 5D with a focus confirmation adapter, they're crazy sharp and have amazing color. After talking to him, I remembered that I had a couple M42 primes that I had bought for an old Mamiya body before I was really got into photography. I wasn't sure if they were any good or not, but to my surprise I found the 50mm was a Super Takumar 1.4

Time to get an adapter :D I use the Sigma 30 as my normal lens, but I don't have a 50 so this should be nice to play with.
 
Geez, wish I could just find stuff like that in my closet! Will your camera meter with it?

I have stuff like that in my closet but, it is Pentax so, it is no go with my D50.
 
Pretty sure it'll meter, I just have to put it into aperture priority.
