My Neo500HE voltages

While running two instances of Folding at Home and gaming, my 12v hovers around 11.77v.

Two questions...this PSU has 3 12v rails....would all 3 rails show different voltages? How do I test different rails? This reading was taken from a molex string that was attached to my dvd roms.

Also, I know 11.77v is within spec, but is this acceptable?
